Reiki, or "universal life force", originated in Japan.  Reiki is a form of healing that ignites the body's natural healing energies, promoting balance and wellness.  Reiki is one

Reiki is complimentary therapy used in many settings, including hospitals.  Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle non-invasive touch.

P.A.U.S.E. & Live offers both in person and distance Reiki services. 

 

Jane Fullerton is a Master Reiki practitioner and teacher certified in the Usui Reiki system of Natural Healing and Holy Fire III, Karuna Reiki.

 

We offer Reiki Level I & II Certification Classes,  as well as a Reiki Master Certification Path.
